About These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of peritussystems.com (the "site"), operated by Peritus Systems, LLC ("Peritus Systems", "we", "us"). By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our handling of personal information is described separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Who These Terms Cover

• Site visitors and form submitters. Anyone browsing the site or using the contact, referral, consulting or platform-membership forms.
• The Ezra Platform. Our internal delivery and engagement system is governed by separate agreements with its users.
• Cibaria. Our consumer application is governed by its own terms of service, available at https://cibaria.app.
• Applications we publish from this site. Where we operate an application without product-specific terms of its own, our Application Terms (EULA) govern it.
• Independent professionals and subcontractors. Independent specialists we may bring into an engagement are separate businesses; their own terms govern the services they provide to you directly.

Using the Site

• You agree to use the site lawfully and only for its intended purposes — requesting consulting services, submitting referrals, submitting app and product development enquiries, and applying to join our talent network.
• Do not submit confidential business information. No form on this site should receive confidential or proprietary business information. If it reaches us, we will delete it and tell the sender. See the Privacy Policy.
• You may not scrape, probe, or attempt to disrupt the site, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation in a submission.

Form Submissions and Routing

• A consulting request is routed to the Peritus team member who leads the practice area you selected; where no practice lead is assigned, it goes to our system administrator.
• Referral, app development and talent-network submissions go to our system administrator.
• Subcontractors who receive your information are independent professionals bound by their agreement with us, but they are not our employees, and their later work with you is a separate relationship.

Submitting a form does not create a client or engagement relationship, and does not obligate us to respond or to act on a request.

Communications and Text Messages

By submitting a form, you consent to be contacted by email and phone about your request. If you also check the text-message box, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Peritus Systems about your request — engagement updates, scheduling and follow-up. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything, and we will not text anyone who has not given this consent. You can also opt out by contacting support@peritussystems.com.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

We present services, case examples and recommendations in good faith, but we do not guarantee any specific consulting, software or marketing outcome. Discovery and diagnostics reduce risk; they do not eliminate it. You remain responsible for your own business decisions.

Not Legal or Financial Advice

Nothing on this site or in our consulting materials is legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Consult your own professional advisers before acting on anything you read here.

Consulting Engagements

Consulting services are delivered under a separate written agreement, which governs scope, fees, deliverables and confidentiality. These terms do not modify that agreement.

Intellectual Property

The site, its content and the Peritus Systems marks are owned by Peritus Systems or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business use; you may not reproduce or reuse them commercially without written permission.

Third-Party Links

The site may link to third-party sites, including cibaria.app. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability
