What Happens Next

• We acknowledge your request within 10 days and respond within 45 days, and we will tell you if we need a further 45 days.
• We may ask you to verify your identity, and we will only ask for what we need to do that.
• An authorized agent may act for you with written permission.
• If we turn a request down, we will tell you why, and you can appeal to support@peritussystems.com.
